I was able to visit Chicago's pop-up restaurant inspired by the Saved by the Bell eatery The Max in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood on the 1900 block of North Ave. The restaurant opened in June 2016 and I was with a friend at a nearby restaurant and actually met Max. A few weeks later, I booked a special Sunday brunch while I was in Orlando when Mr. Belding would be making a special appearance.
